Responsibilities: -Define the strategy, objectives, business plan and budget and deliver them effectively. -Build up the team and in charge of all retail outlets and execute all business plans. -Be responsible for the branding image building of the outlets. -Customer service management, retails and sales management, promotion campaign and supply chain management. -Overall management responsibility including finance, MIS and people management of all retail outlets. -Report to CEO.
Qualifications: -Have passion for life and brand awareness. -10 years retail operations experience in specialty store with emphasis in the areas of apparel, personal wear accessories, consumer electronics, jewelry, perfumes, etc. -Bachelor Degree or above. -Previous exposure in MNC environment. -Self-motivated, dynamic, creative and independent. -Excellent communication skills. -Team work Spirit. -Excellent leadership, team building skills, strong work ethic, complemented by positive, can-do attitude -must be self-driven and prepared to work in start-up environment. -Fluent English.
